Terms of Service

These terms apply to all paid and trial subscriptions for the VillaManage platform.

Supplemental agreements may apply to specific modules or services and prevail where explicitly agreed.

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and ensuring that user credentials remain confidential.

You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised access or suspected security incident.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term and fees are invoiced in advance.

All taxes, duties, or levies imposed by governing authorities are the customer's responsibility.

You will use the platform in accordance with applicable law and refrain from transmitting unlawful or harmful content.

You are responsible for configuring user permissions and ensuring that your team complies with internal policies.

VillaManage provides the platform on a best-effort basis, aiming for high availability and timely support as described in the applicable service plan.

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and enter into data processing agreements where required.

Customers remain responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from end users and data subjects.

VillaManage retains all intellectual property rights in the platform, including software, documentation, and branding. Customer content remains the property of the customer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VillaManage's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for losses arising from factors outside our reasonable control.

Either party may terminate the agreement for convenience at the end of the current subscription term by providing written notice.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you materially breach these terms or use the service unlawfully.

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland with courts in Zurich having exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
